Welcome to Meridian Mappers. By booking our cleaning services, you're agreeing to the follow rules. They're here to protect both our dedicated crew and your beautiful property. Please read 'em carefully.
1. Our Cleaning Promise
We aim for perfection. Our team follows a strict checklist for every commercial and residential job. If you aren't satisfied with a specific area, notify us within 24 hours. We'll return to make it right at no extra charge. That's our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
2. Cancellation Policy
Life in L.A. is unpredictable, we get it. But our schedules are tight. We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a $50 fee will be applied to cover our labor costs and logistics.
3. Access and Liability
How do we get in? You can provide a key, a door code, or be present. While we're fully insured and bonded, Meridian Mappers isn't liable for damage caused by existing wear and tear or improperly installed fixtures. Our crew will document any pre-existing issues before starting.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior billing arrangements have been made for commercial contracts. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments. Late payments incur a 5% monthly fee.
Ever wondered if we charge extra for deep cleans? Yes, specific specialty services like post-construction or window detailing are priced per project based on our initial walk-through.
